During my stay, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional staff who helped create a welcoming environment. The indoor water park was a hit with the family, and we loved the variety of dining options at JB's Boathouse. The cleanliness of the common areas added to our comfort, but I felt that the check-in process could be improved, as we did experience some delays upon arrival.
I had a wonderful time at the resort, especially enjoying the indoor water park and all the family-friendly activities available. The staff were incredibly responsive and went out of their way to accommodate us, making our experience even better. However, some of the common areas could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness. Overall, it feels like a great value for families looking for a fun getaway.
